You are right, of course, that generally speaking the AMPs are not up to the level they were in the Glory years, defined as 2015-2020 in my Dictionary. But considering they were near-dead just 2 years ago, they have come back remarkably. That $200 had not changed in 2 decades, add inflation, and of course the price jumps. But Studios are higher. Guys seem to skim past that fact. From my perspective, which admittedly is narrow, AMPs have higher service. But that could mean ''Michiko is higher service''. On that I'm certain that Michiko is better than an average Studio. Maybe the totality of AMPs is not as good as Studios? Certainly possible.
The only thing keeping Michiko from approaching Blue/(former) Pearls-level quality, is that shower limitation, as you point out. The beds are just too small to support 2 naked bodies writhing in soap suds. That said, BiBi DID strip and join me, body-to-body in the Michiko shower. I applaud her for that, and she had always done that on the larger beds at Spas of yesteryear. But even with the more limited table shower, that is still more than a Studio offers, where more often than not, you shower alone, no attention from your girl.
