With the advancement of AI it would not surprise me that they are not actual tapes of Trump speaking. It also seemed likely the pictures were staged by FBI personnel. Based on the FISA court lies documented by the Inspector General, the FBI has a credibility problem.

AI: sounds like a nerd battle, but, yeah, the defense might be able to squeeze out some reasonable doubt on that one. The Defendant better not hire the Cyber Ninjas.



The far left and far right don't trust the FBI. If the jury comes from the middle, I don't think they'll buy the FBI Boogeyman Theory. We shall see.

Can you provide some examples (maybe just the big ones) of the lying and made up shit? 6 years is a lot to cover, and I'd rather work off your list than make one of my own. If you can't provide specific examples, with credible sources, it's more of an over-used talking point than anything else.

I don't need to believe he was profiled justly or unjustly. The defense just doesn't work for me. He either committed the current crime(s) or not, past profiling or not. But I'm not his friendly judge, and juries can be hard to predict.
