Democratic senators in the Nevada legislature passed a “last-minute” amendment Friday which would fine school boards if they adopted policies restricting biological males from entering womens’ bathrooms and locker rooms, as well as participating in women’s sports.

Amendment 674 of AB 423 passed the Nevada Senate with 12 Democrats voting for the measure (with one excused) and all eight Republicans voting against it

So in essence these leftists have destroyed women's rights to privacy and to fair competition in sports. And put them at much greater risk of being sexually assaulted. Unreal

When the inevitable happens and some woman gets assaulted or raped in a women's bathroom or locker room by some deranged tranny pretending to be a woman allowed in by this policy, how much will the state have to pay out in the inevitable lawsuit that follows?

Well it wasn't long after I posted this that we will find out - alas in another state in Oklahoma where a deranged tranny pretending to be a woman assaulted a female in the women's bathroom

And a lawsuit has followed

GLENDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- Demonstrators clashed and fights erupted during a protest Tuesday evening outside a meeting of the Glendale Unified School District board, which was scheduled to vote on recognizing June as Pride month.

Footage from AIR7 HD captured the chaos as punches were thrown in the parking lot. After the skirmishes, police in riot gear kept pro-LGBTQ+ protesters and conservative groups separated.

The school board was set to adopt a resolution recognizing Pride Month, which has been done for the last four years. However, the meeting reportedly went on recess following the brawl.

Protesters who have been gathering at the last couple of meetings say the state's curriculum, and thus the Glendale Unified School District's policy in dealing with LGBTQ+ issues, violate their rights as parents.



this after leftists were left stunned as Muslims & Islamists gathered on Tuesday to protest the Montgomery County (Maryland) School Board over its LGBTQ+ curriculum. The Muslims want to be able to remove their students from the classroom when that material is taught.

NEW: An award-winning California teacher has been suspended for going to a school board meeting and saying transgenderism is harmful. Staff accused him of being a Nazi (though being a gay Native American would make that...difficult).

FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—A gay teacher in Glendale, California, was placed on leave after complaining at a school board meeting that his school promotes transgenderism.

Ray Shelton, a 25-year veteran teacher, spoke at a recent meeting of the school board for the Glendale Unified School District wearing a T-shirt that read “Make Biology Great Again.”

Shelton, who teaches at **********, has been named the Glendale school district’s “Teacher of the Year” twice and earlier this year won the PTA’s Golden Oak Award.

In an exclusive interview, Shelton, who is gay, told The Daily Signal that his intent in speaking at the Glendale school board’s April 18 meeting was to speak what he called “basic, commonsense truths.”

Shelton told the board:

Two plus two equals four. The world is not flat. Boys have penises; girls have vaginas. Gender is binary and cannot be changed. Biology is not bigotry. Heterosexuality is not hate. Gender confusion and gender delusion are deep psychological disorders. No caring professional or loving parent would ever support the chemical poisoning or surgical mutilation of a ****’s genitalia.

Transgender ideology is anti-gay, it is anti-woman, and it is anti-human. It wants to take away women’s sports, women’s rights, women’s achievements—it is misogyny writ large.

And I can also say this as a gay man, the gay people …
