You know you can find out a lot about someone's true colors when you help them out several times and they beg you to help with a phone bill and for many reasons when you tell them that you don't want to see them anymore for many reasons most of the reasons are forbidden to discuss on here. A friend told me the story around this saying a long time ago. I too couldn't understand how when I helped someone they turn on you when you stop.
When you feed the bear they like it and get used to it. Then when you stop feeding the bear, the bear turns around and bits you.
