Weird fact - in Miami, the girls totally dress like street hookers from the movies; giant heels, mini-skirts, tube tops, crazy colors, crazy make-up, etc., Then they'll walk up to your car, look in the window and negotiate specifics before they get in the car. Even down to whether it's with/without cover, etc., Kind of a different world.
But DON'T do that in Pittsburgh!!
