download google translator on phone, works just fine.
Get the WIFI and PW from wherever you are and should have no problem.

The Apple Translate app is not bad in conversation mode. You can set it to auto detect in a conversation and play the translation. Almost like having a discussion at the UN. Google translate gets lost a little more than the Apple app. Both are free and maybe good to have both just in case.
