*** Former FBI General Counsel James Baker just testified under oath that he did not know about the Hunter Biden laptop in possession of the FBI for almost a year prior to it being censored on Twitter (where he was a senior attorney at the time). This is almost certainly perjury

*** Jonathon Turley - In the hearing on Twitter censorship, Rep. Raskin and Democratic witness Navaroli have already argued that Twitter did not censor enough. That is a chilling message given the message censorship program at the company.

In addition, 3 Twitter execs noticeably squirmed in their seats when FL Rep Anna Paulina exposed their secret chat forum w/government officials to coordinate censorship. It’s called Jira and it makes Twitter a Joint State Actor under the law when they collude this extensively. Watch:

*** James Baker has refused to answer questions based on attorney-client privilege which the Chair just overruled as a basis to refuse to answer the questions (and which Elon previously waived this attorney-client privilege)

*** Yoel Roth says that it would not surprise him if "visibility filters" were placed on the accounts of elected officials without their knowledge. (Note, there is evidence of "visibility filters" being placed on conservative lawmakers and Elon Musk confirmed that of course Yoel Roth would not be surprised at this since Roth is the one who placed those filters on them !!!

*** Navaroli just explained the Twitter standard and it is chilling: “Instead of asking free speech versus safety to say free speech for for whom and public safety for whom.

*** Democrat Rep. Cori Bush just stated that the problem with Twitter is that it is motivated by profits rather than "safety and equity." She then called to "re-envision" the Internet and to take public ownership of social media platforms. So Elon Musk reintroduced free speech protections and the response is a government takeover of social media? By the way, government control or ownership would trigger direct First Amendment applicability to bar censorship by the government.

Yeah sadly the crazy ass leftists control the DOJ, corrupt FBI and the deep state.

That said, there have been a number of state attorney general's fighting back and they have legal ability and power too
