If i had to guess maybe 30% of all ads use real pics. You have to disqualify the Asian girl ads though. That might be optimistic, but there’s some good ones out there.

Ad links, particularly RubMD, tend to go away. Including the name and number in the thread increases the likelihood the next person who comes across the lady in question will be able to benefit from whomever provides intel here without having to post another thread about it.
