Members are advised not to copy and paste an Encounter Report from another Review Site if they seek Premium Access Credit for the Report.

When doing so, the Report format does not match the Template used by Eccie to identify it as a Report.

Additionally, the Report is not loaded in to the Moderation Queue used by the Staff to determine if the Report meets the criteria to be granted Premium Access Credit.

This Report has had the Template formatting manually applied to it, and it has been added to the Moderation Queue as well.
