What is happening with Twitter ? 1000s resigned or been fired, possibly more than 50% of all employees. Many choosing to leave. Mr. Musk begging for programmers. Twitter must be worth a lot less than what he paid for it, although hard to tell since it is no longer a publicly traded company.


Mr. Musk has had such great success, and seems to have the golden touch. Can he get this to work again ?


With the aspect of social media, free speech, and the tendency of the public to mess up social media sites, this may be a different animal and a different result.

Ideology aside Twitter will fail as a conservative platform because conservatives tend to be older and therefore are the wrong marketing demographic for young dumb people that spend money on branded BS.

twitter has always allowed adult content anyway, not hardcore but certainly nudity.


it's not about making twitter a conservative site. it's about allowing conservatives free speech same as anyone else, liberal or conservative.

took the jackass HIM account out of twitter jail. Many have been let out. That could be good for twitter. Even if has not worked well for States letting many out of jail.

Mr. Musk has not shied away from constantly giving his opinion about world events, and what the solutions are to correct the problems. The Russian invasion of Ukraine and China relations come to mind.

As he is a businessman, not a politician or government official, why he gets the public stage for these is somewhat of a mystery. The chairman of GM, Ford, or other car companies are not sought after for their opinions or give them. Even his dating gets in the media.

Perhaps people are just intrigued by Mr. Musk.

Twitter will be hard to govern, even for Mr. Musk. Free speech, hate speech, all other kinds of speech.Who will make the rules ? And if others don't agree....how can it be called free speech ?

Just wait till people start speaking out about China on Twitter, where Mr. Musk has major business interests.

that depends on when your account was suspended. if it was before Oct 27th Musk had nothing to do with it, he didn't have control of the site yet.
