looks like you got taken by JL, who has been doing this for quite some time, now wth a new phone number.
The minute you do CashApp or Venmo with someone you don't know and/or is not a well known provider, consider your money gone. The Polaris thing is just bullshit to try to intimidate you.

You can call your bank and dispute the charges. That is what I did to Jenna The Country Girl a few months ago after she sent two people after me and I got the charges reversed. It pissed her off but that is her fault not mine.
