I had same issue, but I believe that whoever send you the referral will go back to that person and they have to approve that it was their referral... just quessing.

I did hers like I did yours.. She's under me, but showings not activated.. I pm her what to do as I had another member had some issues, and I was directed to have them contact admin directly ..
