Got my retirement visa and Thai drivers license. Will be in H'town for a month getting rid of some assets and back there ASAP

Is it difficult to get a Thai driver's license?

@ Ham--- Depends what type of visa you have. Tourist visa almost impossible to get a DL. Work visa, retirement visa, or Type OA visas (taking care of a minor or elder) or Education visa fairly easy to get. I paid an agent to wade thru the paperwork for me and I was in and out in 30 minutes. $120.00. 2 year license. In 2 years you can go for a 5 year.
