Agree with the above. I still need to prepare my review but she is good. Her TCB needs work and she is a newbie so first visits with her are awkward and she doesn’t hesitate to tell you she is nervous and you’ll have to take charge. Second visit was much much better now that she knew me and we had the awkwardness out of the way.

But I would be irritated in OPs situation.
