I am Sindi based in Upstate New York.
I have since retired about 2 years ago. My fiancé and I are looking to relocate in Tennessee.
I am looking for information about your beautiful state.

• Looking for safe locations with reasonably priced real estate mainly in the Tri-Cities/Johnson City area for now. But also curious about other areas in eastern Tennessee.
• Also wanting to know about areas to stay away from in the Cities in that area.
