Yeah, I’m still kicking myself for not checking it out before it became the King. It was getting great word-of-mouth, but I didn’t think it would shoot to #1 so fast.

That’s ok. It’s taken some of the pressure off of Hurtado’s. That place still rocks.

What part of town will you be staying, and any particular types of places you're looking for? I can highly recommend a good cheeseburger place in southwest FTW: Fuego Burger. After the flip the burger on the grill, they have a signature move where they put a pile of shredded cheese on it and let it get ooze out onto the grill and get crispy all around the edges of the burger. It's the best burger I've ever had in DFW.

And, uh, how long are you staying and are you taking appointments while here?
