Big trafficking bust in California:

A lot of people arrested, but how many "rescued"? I did a quick read and didn't see it (but maybe its there).

It does seem to me that these stories trumpet the efforts of LE (bless 'em) but the results seem meger; a few really bad guys, a lot of Johns and a few actual victims.

Yet there is a major effort in human trafficking going on in full view in broad daylight . . .and its the US Government doing it!

It’s a myth. It has been debunked many times over, including by some leading organizations that fight trafficking. Academic studies and serious news reporting have found no connection between trafficking and the game and no uptick in trafficking activity as game day approaches
