Funny, because when I review, ahem, toasted thick Texas black girls...
Let's just say they know how to butter my bread!

Is oil called ''oil'' everywhere else, and called ''black gold'' or ''Texas Tea'' in Texas?
Or do I need to stop watching ''Beverly Hillbillies'' re-runs?

Ive lived in TX all my life.. its Texas Toast. If I ask for toast, I expect normal sized toast.. if I ask for Texas Toast, I expect the big thick kind.

Classic American entertainment. Ellie Mae set the bar for Daisy Dukes. Irene Ryan was a hottie in her day.

I'm getting much farther into the weeds than I should, on this subject, but...
Is it safe to say Misty Rowe from Hee Haw, was modeled after the Ellie Mae character?

After they throw back a few Long Island Ice Teas, they call them a Manhattan.
I hear anecdotally that in New Orleans, the Hurricane is called a ''Katrina'' these days.

Yep we say Texas Toast so we don't get a regular slice of bread!

If we just said toast we would get a regular slice of bread! Since we have 2 types we have to be specific or we would be confusing people. Unless you thought we ONLY have Texas toast here. Ohhhh my what fatties we would be if the only bread we had available was that thick! My ass is a bit phat might look like I've been eating Texas toast😜!

No, they are both modeled on real archetype country girls. Every little Texas town would haven e if two relatively hot girls. And being hotter than their peers, and enjoying the attention that got them, they (mist,y) would do anything to increase that attention. Growing up in a small East Gexas town in the late 50’s and early 60’s, we had a few like that.

Depends on if you're asking a bartender or a waitress
