LAWS for some, or for NONE
It's funny now that the subpoenas from the Jan 6 congress investigation are being served, and the recipients are defying speaking to them in general, and in the example of Bannon, refusing to show up, that there are some that are crying about how JoeB is not adhering to the current law that stays vaccine mandates.
Employers have a right to ask employees to take safety measures when they sense a general sense of an unsafe work environment, and that they are taking on the stance that vaccines have proven to be an effective deterrent to deaths; Which by the way affect things like PTO, STD, LTD, or death benefit payouts, which all are costs to an employer. Their decision to adhere to OSHA based claim of safety is not illegal. There will certainly be those who comply, or those who don't and terminate, or those who get exceptions and decide to test.
But I wonder how many of you are ok with the executive office deciding to NEVER comply with one subpoena to get to the bottom of who knew what. When damning videos and statements "like you gotta fight like Hell" & "start kicking ass and taking names", are out there, along with all the other already coordinated connections of ppl coming to DC, there seems to be more than a random sense of this happening, vs a demonstration which is 9/10 times coordinated, and to know what level of ppl knowing the depths of that event. I'm not trying to demonize the political process of peaceful assembly or protest, but when ppl die, ppl get sued, and that is "merica". The whole fact that nobody will adhere to a court subpoena is more than a bit troubling. This will not set a good precedent for future generations of either party in the executive office or congress in general if they cannot adhere to the legal demands of a court document. I will also add, that it's the prior administrations flaunting of no reply that has really exacerbated that as a M.O. of doing business. Bigly Sad.
How many would like to see the power of the subpoena be nullified and that it never be adhered to with no consequence? If that is the case it's as meaningful as a dinner invitation that you can either RSVP, or not.

You’re right, the Maricopa board of supervisors didn’t comply to subpoenas either.

First, you conflating illegal mandates for vaccines with subpoenas is just plain silly. No government should have the ability to tell an individual what medical treatment they must get. Especially an experimental one that has not received full FDA approval
Second, people fight / ignore subpoenas all the times. I did not see you commenting when Eric Holder did so, or when the Maricopa Board of Supervisors did so
Third, Congress is a joke and you know it. This Jan 6 commission is a monumental joke. The libtards in the house blocked the people the Republicans selected to be on it. So you have a one sided puppet court. I too would tell them to go fuck off
Fourth, you have heard of something called executive privilege, haven't you. Executive privilege is the right of the president of the United States and other members of the executive branch to maintain confidential communications under certain circumstances within the executive branch and to resist some subpoenas and other oversight by the legislative and judicial branches of government. All administrations have invoked executive privilege. There are good reasons for this.
Fifth, the Democrats' move to investigate members of the opposing party is a dangerous precedent in an institution that has always protected the privacy and confidentiality of phone and office records. The Democrats are reportedly trying to prove their prior claims that Republicans conspired or assisted “insurrectionists,” even though the FBI reportedly found no evidence of a planned insurrection.. Read this from a well respected and liberal leaning constitutional lawyer and enlighten yourself

Sixth, the only coordination that occurred on Jan 6 was with the FBI plants in the crowd egging some people on. There is a reason the FBI refuses to release 14,000 hours of video.

... We'll see WHO complies with the subpoenas that
Durham and investigators send out.
Will Hillary - if she gets one?
