I'm at a loss at this point. There doesnt seem to be any legit provider in WNY that doesnt ask for a reference which I have no idea how to get.

The typical websites are garbage for WNY as well.

I wish the border was fully open. I'd just go to Canada.

If you contact a provider through internet or phone, you're not anonymous no matter what you think. I always used a burner phone which I thought had no link to me. Despite that, About 14 years ago I not only became involved in a murder investigation, but I also lost my job and ended up in divorce due to that phone. It was traced to me through location pings and a review I had left for the provider on Escort.C. The phone the provider was using when we were in contact, also a burner, was found on some local dead guy in Buffalo. Odd thing was, she rarely ever toured in NY, she was based out of Texas where I first met her on a business trip.

I know for FACT that they keep it ALL for future refererces.LE can get a searsch warrant to review contents of these phones. I also have heard of a death do to PT use and an investigation using phone info.
