You absolutely can take matters into your own hands here. They do not object.

With only rare exception, it's the same two women working all of the time. The younger of the two usually works the back room. She's not the best if neither of you is going to play with junior. She spends lots of time on the thighs to get it hard but neglects other parts of the body in doing so.
