The bottom line is (well down towards the bottom) that these guys testified in public and under oath for the record, that Bidenwas given recommendations to keep some troops in Afghanistan and to retain Bagram AFB.

In fact, he is on record as saying that he doesn't remember any of that. In any case, he did not keep the troops in country and gave up Bagram over night without notice to the Afghans.

They both can't be telling the truth.
