So I met with a new friend yesterday.
And he was truly delightful had insight on hot topics the type of guy you truly needed a note pad and pen to take notes. We talked as long as my clock would allow as not to interrupt my schedule.
What he did not have was the know how, lingo, credentials ans savvy in the hobby.
A NEWBIE.
As he told me stories and frustration of his first 3 encounters and non encounters the mishaps that happened and he reported and the back lash of sharing the info on boards.
Also going over what he did wrong with our set up...It was all rookie mistakes, misunderstandings the stumble around the coffee table as you begin to learn how to walk.

If you say you are NEWBIE friendly Treat and TEACH them as such
