Beats me, didn't realize the providers couldn't see reviews and comments. I thought the lounge was the only 'restricted' forum?

I believe they are "not supposed" to see the ROS. They can see the comments unless they are "private" dealing with something in the ROS.

agreed. Comments are visible. the ROS details are not. However....not hard to sign up as a hobbyist, put up a review, and boom...access. I also look at the entire book of work. People have off days. One bad review isn't a no for me. When it's consistent, then I stay away. I think of this board as my amazon stars on providers
