Can you elaborate on the "basic contact tracing and negative test paperwork" part? What is required and how does that work?

This occurred in R-P state, Hessen is yet another and the NRW is also diff rules..

Typically must show a negative test, show proof of recovery ( from German doctor) , or your QR scan from an app. You can also show the paper version of the QR...Currently discussion in the work w the EU to develop a system for Americans to ' legally' get; can still get now w a few tricks. ALL YMMV

Tons rules, no more than one person per act so no MMF or MFF etc, masks compulsory in clubs and many other restrictions. Several couches are blocked off so only one person can sit, no hugs or handshakes, 1.5 Meter distancing etc. In Hessen and other states they have ' schnelltests' which are instant tests for 5-7 Euros... All clubs in Hessen for the most part offer these. 15 min wait and you are in. In the NRW this has been waived as long as the incidence of case + < 10; once goes over the masks, testing etc commence again at 35 they close; all over as well.. All varies state to state.. Currently the NRW has the best rules which is why I will be skipping Hessen on my trip...

Even in the RLD/Laufhaus settings one must check in at the entrance do all the above... Contract tracing= you must leave your name and contact info. Also to be noted, several brothels and walk ups are not checking so any report of ' they didn't check' if so is against the rules..

You can get the test done in all major cities, can even get a free test but in Hessen you need do it every 24 hours which is why the clubs have them... In the NRW they were good for 48 hours but waived now. Costs range from 7 Euros upwards to 70 Euros...

Many expect the clubs to close by the fall; all TBD.. To get the QR scan is a pain in the ass as we do not have any electronic system here but one can get one at the pharmacy IF you can convince the pharmacy ( Apotheke) to give you one...Reports suck so far, few girls, many men, small clubs and walk ups/RLD like this are the best bet now but for 150 Euro if one wants can get BBBJ and AO even if one goes the route of the Indy girl, www.ladies.de
