Personally, I am glad that there are now vaccines for COVID that have allowed life to go back to normal. But I have the same attitude about the vaccine/s as I do gun confiscation, err gun "control" I will be happy to turn in my firearms just as soon as ALL the criminals have done so FIRST. I will also be more than happy to get the vaccine, just as soon as it is PROVEN beyond any doubt that the side effects are less dangerous than the disease itself that only kills the old, the morbidly obese and the weak. The people that have died from side effects to the vaccine/s have almost all been people in good health who most likely had little to fear from the virus itself, just like me. Speaking for myself, I'll take my chances with COVID under the present circumstances, and yes I sleep just fine at night. lol

Respectfully you don’t want to be like someone who’s afraid to fly because he read about some commercial aircraft accidents. So you spend all your life driving, which is more dangerous than flying. Count cards, don’t randomly place money on numbers at the craps table.
The evidence is accumulating that COVID 19 can cause long term health damage in younger people. Texdot I believe posted something on potentially permanent brain damage the other day, for example.
Contrary to what gnadfly contends I am not panicked. I’m currently in a Latin American country where the COVID is spreading like wildfire, like Colombia. I’m not scared, I’m having fun. Colombia is mostly open for business, admittedly with late night curfews. You could go get the first Pfizer vaccine today and five weeks later be banging Venie and Colombian hookers to your hearts content, without fear of COVID.
