Slave labor, slave wages, the cost of living is stupid high.
less regulation, more crooks, conmen and thieves.
Love my union job, low cost of living in WNY, the taxes are just a minor annoyance, which would be drastically lowered if we could get rid of the Republican Fiefdoms all over the state.
Town and villages need to merge, consolidate resources and plan more efficient use of collected taxes. The rural fiefdoms are run by the farmers, who pay nothing in taxes and reap all the rewards of free services, roads, rebates and now becoming multi millionaires from wind power and solar power, because they own all the land required to build green power.
Republicans in NY are the reason for the extremely high taxes in western ny and upstate ny.
Some stupid high number of farms in NY are now Corporations, they should pay their fair share and not get any corporate welfare from the state or Fed. It's not the 1800's anymore, with global commerce, farms can grow and profit yearly with several different types of products that they are required to grow to sustain their soils ability to grow.
Not your cup of tea, but a good. move for some. I have family that moved from NY to FL around 10 yrs ago. They love it here. They're libbies too, but not as radical as some of my Eccie friends. Everyone's experience is unique. One man's loss is another man's gain.
While it may be true that Florida has seen a spike in the last several weeks. The total numbers are basically the same between Florida, California and NY. Mean while Florida wasn't shut down and didn't enforce masks. So what was the point of the shut down & masks.

Zappa was a musical. genius.
I could care less about his politics. The same goes for Neil Young and Ted Nugent. These guys have inspired me as a guitarist since I was a teenager twanging on a a shitty Teisco Del Rey with mirrored pickups and a warped neck. I don't care about their politics. In my opinion music transcends politics. Thanks for sharing, Zappa is awesome.

Nugent is a brilliant guitarist. WTF Rooster, have you ever heard the solo from Stranglehold, it's fuckin' amazing. His first four albums are ear candy for rock guitarists.
