Have seen a number of girls from mileroticos, very similar to cityvibe and old craigslist. Hit and miss some as advertised others not. Usual routine is to contact via whatsapp to set up a meeting. Then you go to one of the many sex motels and send them your room number. Usually they prefer the area perifico. They then show up in around thirty minutes. Cost of the motel is 200-300 pesos for 4-6 hours. Have only been stood up a few times, but you have plenty of time to call for a different girl. Some of the motels also have their own house girls. Cost from 800-2000 pesos for an hour although there are some traveling girls that you can see in websites that charge more. The massage girls are a little different in that they usually have their own place so you avoid paying for a motel and are certain that they will be there.

There are also groups of women advertising on facebook. Pretty much the same routine as Mileroticos, sometimes the communicate by facebook messenger or else they will give you thier whatsapp number. In addition some of the facebook pages have links to whatsapp groups where the women post directly to.
