1. No location or city. I bet they're spamming multiple locations.
2. No correlation between the legit number with reviews, and this new person.
3. The "review" with the current number is on an site well-known for fake reviews.
4. Excessive emoji use.

I don't doubt the real person in the pictures is not a scam (rules aside). I question whether this ad is actually that person.
