Hbaby - North/NE an hour will only get you to Joliet. Got to go another hour to reach you... but I think it would be worth the drive!


Max - ECCIE isn't a strong source for IL in general, or Central IL specifically. You can use smaller sources like USASG http://www.usasexguide.nl/forum/index.php or GBN - www.grainbeltnews.com but they have their own issues.



Might be an unpopular opinion, but Skipthegames is good for the area. Lots of spam, some sketchy people, not higher end (no websites/social media presence, etc), but there are gems there. Be sure to check Peoria too.

Try Larissa Knight- she is based there (she has a website). And as said above GBN will be the main board used for that area- it’s pretty much centered around The QCA, Peoria, Blono, Champaign, Springfield with a little bit of activity outside of those cities. I used to tour over that way quite a bit when I was based in the QCA. Good luck !
