Is the lake frozen over?

I seen pictures from last year where the lake was frozen over and the peninsula had awesome thick ice everywhere. I’d love to take some pictures when I visit next week. Has anyone seen this?

You may be able to get on bay but lake just iced over n unstable

Ok thanks shore wood. Have you seen any thick ice on trees etc? It’s almost like the ice was blown over things and stuck there.

A lot of the local lakes are frozen. I am near one. Also supposed to snow and get very cold next week so Erie will be freezing quite nice. Great snow scenes where I am.

Hey heelboy! That’s great news I’ve been wanting to come in the winter but haven’t had the time. I can’t wait to explore. I will be prepared for the snow. Winter is my favorite.

Chautauqua Lake is frozen over. Lots of thick ice and ice fishing.
