Rub Ratings - Full Service

My frustration wit RR is finding out a lady doesn't offer full service, after I've just paid for almost full service price. (Both times I thought there might be an upsell, which I was ok with, but the price was still much more than a sub amp).

So, could we compile a list of RR providers who do offer quality full service and market prices?

I'll start:
The ladies at Bdworx are all excellent, but a bit pricey.
