How to make twitter discreet?

Question someone might be able to help with. I tried to discreetly create a twitter and Instagram account. Both times a family member asked me about it.
So....do I need to get a second phone to do this? Twitter wouldn’t accept my Burner app number.

Just creat some gmail accounts for email or proton mail account with your “stage name” lol ( something like dirk digger Or magnum pi or other street cred name ) then do not set the emails to use on your phone ( if you do not plan to get a burner phone ) just use the web to check emails then if you plan to use an app for a phone number then set that up with the corresponding email accounts you set up with gmail or proton mail then you should be able to set up the Twitter Instagram and Facebook accounts and again I wouldn’t use apps on your phone to check them or get a burner phone for that you have to distant your real life from the hobby life
