replaced dvd does not work
I put in a replacement TS-U633 on my laptop.
On start up, the green light comes on. When putting in a dvd, the green light flashes and the dvd spins...but that is all it does.
I have Windows 10. In device manager, there is no DVD/ CD folder to add any files, or a driver if that is needed. Also there is different advise that a dvd does not need a driver, as system bios will take care of that.
A lot of people have had this problem after going to Windows 10.
Any suggestions to get it to work and play dvds ?
