You're not talking them into anything. No need to be coy. Just ask for what you want. Start with less, and up the ante as she responds positively. Always be respectful. Be knowledgeable in the going rates. If she comes out of the gate with outlandish requests, decline and chose to stay at the level you are already agreed on. Remember, once she states a price, she has agreed she will do it, now you're just negotiating.
