I wanted to revisit with Jessie/Jessica for her high intensity performance. Seem her a few times at the amps with good outcomes. It has been a while since my last visit , before she moved to be indy, but if one drives 50 min in low traffic , more at peak traffic times, and having to wait 15 min or more, for an answer , with security carts roaming around is not something I am looking forward to sweat it out.
I hope they get their Scheduler shit together.

I have never showed up to an appointment at House (DT or FB) and then been kept waiting 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start.


Now if you show up 15-20 minutes early, then yeah I could see you having to wait, but that would be nobody's fault but yours.


The one thing about House that bugged me at first, was the booker would wait until the appt. start time (or literally one minute before) to text me instructions/directions to get in and to the apartment. In my opinion, that's poor form. The time to navigate call boxes and directions to get to the apartment should NOT come out of my appointment time. Got better, though.

I agree - I had that same issue happen to me as far as the instructions cutting into my appointment time. You said it got better though.....did you say something to the booker about it? Or did it correct itself? I went there a couple of times in April. The hobbying situation/supply was extremely dire around that time, so I didn't want to make a big fuss about it. But yeah, by the time I got inside the apartment, it was already 10 minutes into the appointment, so that was kind of a disappointment. Everything else went fine though.

Well, after the first visit at both locations, I knew exactly where I needed to go and how to get there. This was particularly helpful at the FB location (the old one), where I didn't need a call box to get in, so I could get to the apartment and would just wait down the hall.


I haven't been to the new FB location, though.


And then, to a degree, it sort of corrected itself. I didn't say anything to the booker after the first visit because I figured it was fair to see if it became an ongoing issue before speaking up. If it had continued, I definitely would have communicated my concern.
