You really can't put 2 and 2 together, can you?

The Europeans put the extreme economic and social sanctions in place back in March and April. They did what you say we shouldn't do. And now they have deaths in the dozens per day instead of thousands.

Texas is headed for NY death numbers. But we aren't there YET, so you say we shouldn't take any actions now. You want to wait until we are losing a thousand a day before doing anything. Gotcha.

That's what you said two-three weeks ago.

TX or Harris County has had a significant mask order for months.

You really can't put 2 and 2 together.

Gotcha.

What specifically did I say 2-3 week ago?

That TX was heading to NY numbers? It is. The deaths the last two days were 167 and 202, but were 162 a few days ago.

Deaths are now exponentially rising as they follow by about 7-10 days the new cases. The period for doubling in deaths is decreasing - indicating exponential rise.

It looks like you added a sentence about Harris County and the mask orders. You keep posting that nonsense. I've been in Harris County 3 times since April and I did NOT see widespread mask compliance any more than I saw it in Dallas and Collin County. You lie when you say it's 90% or whatever.

You might have seen relatively good compliance in grocery stores and some restaurants, but that was about it. The bars and young people fucked everything up as soon as the bars reopened.

Trump blew it. It's too late now to do anything now except hide from the virus as best you can by the practice of good social distancing at all times until the vaccine gets here April 2021. There are 4 million cases right now. Counting antibodies from serology tests it can be determined that the ratio of asymptomatics to symptomatics is 10 to 1. Which means 40 million people in the USA have been infected so far which is just a little over 10% of the USA population. Herd Immunity may be reached in some areas with just 25% to 30% of the population being infected. We'll just have to see over time. Texas was quiet in April, May just had a streak of 18 straight days of over a 1000 cases.
