Hell I would have written that report for 1/10th the price.
What a lot of folks don't understand is that criminals usually hang in their own neighborhoods.
Italian's hang in their neighborhoods, Irish hang in their neighborhoods, Chinese hang in their neighborhoods. Who did I miss?
