Ok I heard or read this, hundred years ago, I don't recall which!
This is mainly for women. And I have asked providers etc. and never got a straight answer.

While I am only one woman out of millions, my reply is "No". That would never even cross my mind lol

It's not even healthy to sit with your legs crossed. If possible, it's best to sit with your ankles crossed.
