The one brand I have used came in a purple and yellow wrapper, and basically looked like a tube. Perhaps I am a novice with these because I struggled to get it into place and keep it where it belongs without pushing it out.
I wouldn’t use it again BUT I am open to trying a different brand in hopes that the tube that Keeps it in place won’t be as big and fits better. I’ve never had a vaginal birth so I struggle to get things like that into place.

First off there is only one brand, FC2 which comes in the packaging you described.
The instruction are rather vague and smaill so hopefully I/this will help.
You should place/insert it as best you can. Use plenty of lube inside and out Your partner(male I assume) comes equipted with an insertion tool. You shouldn’t have any trouble finding it. You should proceed slowly using the insertion tool in and out to make sure the FC2 is properly in place. At that point the two of you need to decide how fast and how often the tool needs to go in and out. Think you both will be happy with the results. If we are ever in the same city I would be happy to demonstrate with you

It sometimes takes a little more effort to get an FC2 in place though I find it's worth the effort. Usually pinching and twisting the inner ring and inserting it with two or three fingers works well for me. I apply lube internally. In addition, once it's inside me, I put a bunch more lube inside the FC2 as well.

Just got resupplied and found a helpful hint on Amazon I'm going to try asap.
Take the inner ring off and have the guy put it on like a regular condom.
Insert it that way. Might be interesting lol

So which? I prefer the traditional cover. We can have fun putting it on, and then there are so many to choose from.

For me, visual stimulation is as much a factor as physical. With that being said, I'd prefer the regular condom...as long as it's a larger sized condom.
