Lets take out the center street dam and make a area for drunken inexperienced rented personal water craft operators to cause big f ing problems in a river thats nothing but farm chemicals and manure from up stream hog confinements .


Hell i will even throw in its cold 8 months out of the year and also that with the changing weather patterns and the fact that the des moines river is a army corps flood project needing a budget druaght .
