The Big 5 ( Palace, Mainhatten, Oase, Sharks and World) are the worst and in the order written as well. World can still find great 50e service, Palace is the worst.

and Munich sucks, but as you say get out of the big cities and get better value. Finca is only an hour from Frankfurt; also Babylon, Living Room, ACA, Oceans and many more are all in the NRW not to mention all the tiny little shitholes around there too.

Dusseldorf is not bad for a big city... It is surrounded by so many cheap options it keeps the clubs there from jacking the rates up to Frankfurt rates. I've pretty much shifted from Frankfurt 100% to Frankfurt now 50% and the NRW 50%.
