The sheet wasn’t used during face down and I believed was only applied for warmth after the hot towel wipe down prior to flip.

As for this instead of the shade, more often than not, I’d just prefer a massage and L1.

I’m also certain that there are additional options on the menu here. Clothing suggested as such.
