Default Think twice about sending photos.

I know this article pertains to West Virginia, but the law in Texas is fairly clear that all a prosecutor has to do is prove that there was an agreement of compensation for a sexual act. The reason why Johnny Law has a person show up to a sting is not because the law requires it but instead so the prosecutor can prove to a jury that the person typing the text message is actually the person. Apparently, in West Virginia this standard is simply sending a photo. I wonder if this same standard could be applied in Texas. Anyway, for me, I will not be sending photos to providers anymore.

A much greater risk is being outed by a provider who has your personal information, including your photo.
