Do ThreADS work?

It seems the gals over in Dallas have a work-around for no advertising. ThreADS seem to fly by their mods.

I never understood why it took so long.
I think everyone freaked out and over reacted. If I made a general post asking for the best hamburger in a particular city because I was going to be there between (X date) and (X date) I would hope you could figure out I was in tour.
I never understood why that wouldn't
work. Maybe they have to be more straightforward for some to "get" it. Dunno?

I posted something like this recently for another area and the mod removed the dates. Maybe it depends on the area/mod...?

Possibly the stern warning on main page that flirting was fine but if it resembled an ad in any way it would be removed and ladies would not be allowed to post. Might be why some are hesitant to post anything resembling an as it comes down to what local mods remove or let slide.

By the completely ambiguous standards dropped by DD, Whit's tagline could be considered advertising. I'm NOT saying there is anything wrong with Whit's tag line. I'm just pointing out some mod looking to make a name for himself could possibly ban her for advertising.
