I think I know what happened. When you posted your review, you did it on the mobile version, which is extremely stripped down.
If you go to the full site, you have more options.
Or you can experiment with html.
I do a lot of running around, and I have with me is my smartphone.
I used a template like this, and write all my reviews in OneNote.

If you still see an edit button, take the tag
and make sure it is between Physical Description and Recommendation.

keeps things private so only make members with a membership and/or recent reviews have access.
If you don’t see an Edit option, you can pm a moderator to add an ROS. Of course, that’s optional and no one is forcing you to do so.
