Problem with access to welcome wagon, weekly updates and weekend updates

It had been awhile since I reviewed anyone and I lost my premium access but could still see welcome wagon, weekly updates and weekend updates; I recently got back premium access but the welcome wagon, weekly updates and weekend updates are not appearing; Also when I click on provider's name it gives me an error message "no 404"??? and I cannot access their bio.

Does something need to be turned back on for my account?
