"Fredo" Cuomo should obviously be Red Flagged from purchasing any type Firearm, as this type of uncontrolled anger is exactly the type of behavior exhibited by a person that we do not want to have access to lethal weapons.

Rush brought up a good point. Since " Fredo" has been hitting the gym to bulk up, he could be exhibiting "Roid Rage".
