Actually the preservation of the Second Amendment is one of if not the most important Amendments in keeping Freedom and Liberty of this country intact. If we ever lose our right to keep and bear arms, I shouldn't have to tell you what comes next.

Agreed. But, according to article anyway, Tulsi is at least not an anti-gun fanatic.
I politics we often have to accept candidates that we agree with on some things and disagree with on others.

I doubt that her administration would strongly pursue gun control.

Anyone with even a modicum of gun knowledge knows that assault weapon bans are just cosmetic which actually isn't a bad thing if you think about it.
A moderate politician get get brownie points for the legislation without actually effecting the functionality of the firearms we can buy.

JG - i would beg to differ.

There are millions of AR-15's held legally in the US, and handled legally and safely.

Confiscation of those weapons from law abiding citizens due to these actions of a such a small number of mentally ill people is not an answer.

If you support that confiscation - please consider what is likely to occur - in Middle America where rule by NY and Kalifornia is not acceptable. Next comes socialism imposition by the matured AOV minions, and next is civil war against the Socialists.

IMHO

I'd love to visit the planet you live on. It's certainly not earth.

It would make the French Revolution look like a disagreement between two friends.
