Honolulu, around the International Market was swimming with streetwalkers. As long as they weren't overt (flashing or raising their voice) they were a beautiful part of the scenery. Make eye contact and they would approach you for a date. Police didn't care as long as the streets were peaceful. Only time there was any concern was a period of a few months before elections when the politicians promised to "clean up the streets", which never really happened and the concept died out the day after election day. AMPs were all FS, but you also got a table shower and a decent massage (I never got a bad one). Prices were prorated, Local and military got a cheap rate, tourists mid-range, and Japanese tourists paid a lot.
